Hi and thanks for stopping by! Welcome to Silver Class – we are year 5/6 group of 8 pupils. Dan is the class teacher, very ably supported by the team of Beatrice, Jane, Silvia and Vicky who are the Teaching Assistants.
We are very excited to start this term with lots of interesting learning activities, some of which can be found on the Overview document. In addition to our Core and Topic work we enjoy Swimming on a Thursday and some pupils are engaged in additional team building PE sessions on a Wednesday with other pupils from around the school.
In the Autumn Term, we are learning about: That’s Life (The body, growing and moving, life cycles, transport (Geography), food used in religion (RE)
Please note that our PE sessions will be on Tuesday and Friday. Please send a PE kit in.
We are a healthy School and we ask that parents/carers send in healthy snacks for your child. Please remember to send in water bottles.

What I Need in School
- Reading with your child every day.
- If you have wellies at home, please send them in for your child to wear in the garden.
